Guidance

Your assignment should include: a title page containing your student number, the module name, the submission deadline and the exact word count of your submitted document; the appendices if relevant; and a reference list in AU Harvard system(s). Critically appraise the use of two Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) tools used in managing quality care and improving outcomes for service users (outcome-based care). (30 marks) (1150 words) (LO3)

With reference to a relevant motivation theory, critically analyse the need for social care organisations and teams to achieve person-centred care for service users. (30 marks (1150 words) (LO1)
