Conduct research on your organization/institution and prepare a paper utilizing the key issues addressed in the course and based on the following Units:

• Decision Making
• Planning
• Organization Design and Structure
• One (1) of the topics discussed under Managing Human Resources (For example Training and Development, Recruitment, Selection, Retention, Orientation, Performance Appraisal etc.
• When you have selected the Unit which you will base your research on from the list above, you will then formulate your Topic. Please review the recording of my 3rd Zoom Session for guidance on developing your Topic.
• Note that the Topic of your paper should ONLY appear on the Cover Page of the assignment.
• After formulating your Topic, you will then formulate the Scope of the Project which goes a little further to explain in more detail what aspect of the topic you will be focusing on in the paper. Again, please review the recording of my 3rd Zoom Session for guidance.
• Then   develop   your Delimitations. Guidance   on   developing your Delimitations was also provided at our 3rd Zoom Session!
• When you have completed your Topic, Scope of Project and Delimitations, please forward to your Group Facilitator who will provide further guidance where necessary.
• Your Facilitators will only be reviewing these 3 aspects of the paper. They are not obligated to review any other sections of your paper.4
• Please ensure to follow the structure provided for the paper as follows:

Other Considerations

• The project has a maximum Word Limit of 5000 words (10% plus or minus is allowed without penalty) (excluding Cover Page, Contents Page, References and Appendices)
• Page Numbering must be included.
• Please ensure to include a copy of your questionnaire/survey/interview questions in your Appendices.
• Remember to label each item which you have included in the Appendices.
• Ensuretolabelandtitletables,figures,graphsandchartsappropriately.

• Please check for typographical/grammatical errors before submitting your final paper (marks will be deducted)
• Remember to cite and reference your sources of data, as required using APA 7th edition formatting.
• You are required to include a MINIMUM of twelve (12) academic sources of data.

Submitting the Assignment

• Your file must be uploaded as a Microsoft Word document.
• Your Student ID number must form part of the Microsoft Word file name. The file name should take the format:
• Example:

MGMT6202 – XXXXXXXX – A3 where XXXXXXXX will be replaced by your Student Identification Number

MGMT6202 – 193738929 – A3

• You must upload your written document as a Microsoft Word file to the Turn-It- In Assignment Drop box labelled “Assignment 3 – Check your SI” which is located in the block labelled Graded Activities – Component C. This will allow you to check your SI (Level of plagiarism)
• You will have 5 opportunities to submit. Each time you resubmit, you MUST use the same name for the file in “Submission title”.
• Please name your file correctly from the start – before uploading to the Turn- It-In Drop box the 1st time. If you do not name your file correctly and then proceed to re-name the file after, your work will appear with a very high Similarity Index and possibly 100%.
• Note that the acceptable SI is 15%.
• When you are satisfied with the final paper, then you will submit the paper to the Assignment dropbox labelled “Assignment 3 – Final Project (35%)”
• You will also download your final SI Report from the Turnitin link and submit together  with  your  final  paper  to  the  Assignment  Drop-box labelled “Assignment 3 – Final Project (35%)"
