The company was founded in 2015 by Andrea Pratelli. Currently, the net worth of the company is approximately 2million pounds. The enterprise has currently 8 offices in 4 countries including the USA, UK Italy, and the united emirates with the head office at Wellingborough. R&Vs are based on a functional organization structure with 4 departments. Each of the departments is the responsible director. senior managers are the subjects of directors. recruiters planners and accountants are entry levels individuals with lesser responsibilities compared to higher-level roles. R&v is created mostly from 4 departments correlating with each other. Each of the departments is divided into two approaches. Accounting and innovation departments are more likely into a technological and innovative approach, while the planning and resource departments are more human-focused. I was working As AN accountant most of my tasks were based within this department, however, due to the symbiotic interaction between the departments I was able to execute tasks across the whole organization. Thanks to that I possessed a wider spectrum of processes inside the organization and subsequently gained more experience, insight, and autonomy correlating with each other.
